These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lurico LLC Appliance Repair website, booking forms, SMS, WhatsApp, and related services (“Services”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide residential appliance repair and installation in Palm Beach counties. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection.
Appointments can be booked via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or website. A diagnostic fee may apply and covers travel and inspection. If repair is approved, it may be applied toward total cost.
If access is not provided (locked property, no utilities, no one present), the visit may still be charged.
All estimates are approximate. Final price is confirmed after diagnosis. Additional work requires customer approval.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.
We use original or high-quality compatible parts. Customer-supplied parts may void warranty.
We provide a 90-day labor warranty. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
Customer must provide safe access, working utilities, and accurate information.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if unsafe conditions exist.
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive service-related communications.
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time.
