Lurico LLC, doing business as Lurico Appliance Repair (“Lurico”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information when you visit lurico.us, contact us by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp, or book our appliance repair services in Palm Beach County, Florida, including Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.
1. Information we collect
- Contact data: name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp handle, service address and city or ZIP code.
- Service details: appliance type, brand, model, the problem you describe, preferred dates, and photos or videos you send us.
- Transaction data: invoices and payment confirmations. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: calls, call logs, SMS and WhatsApp messages, and emails with us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the ad that brought you to our site, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your request, call or text you back, and schedule and perform repairs.
- To send confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival updates and follow-ups about your service.
- To prepare estimates and invoices and process payments.
- To provide warranty service on completed repairs.
- To measure which ads and pages bring us customers and to improve our website and service.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. SMS messaging and consent
Program: Lurico Appliance Repair service notifications. When you submit a request on our website and check the SMS consent box, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Lurico about your service request, such as callbacks, appointment confirmations, reminders, technician updates and follow-ups.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf. The sharing described in Section 5 below does not include SMS opt-in data or consent.
4. Cookies, advertising and call tracking
We use Google Ads to show our ads and measure their results. Our website loads the Google tag (gtag.js), which uses cookies to record visits and conversions, such as a submitted request or a call from our website.
Enhanced conversions: when you submit a request, the phone number you entered is passed to the Google tag so Google can match the conversion to an ad click. Google receives it in hashed form. It is used only to measure ad performance.
Call tracking: on some pages, Google may show a Google forwarding number in place of our number. Calls to that number are routed to us, and Google records call details such as call start time, duration and the caller’s area code to report ad performance.
You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work without cookies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, form delivery (Formspree), internal request notifications (Telegram), messaging and phone providers, payment processors and accounting tools.
- Technicians and contractors who perform your repair.
- Google, for advertising measurement as described in Section 4.
- Authorities, when required by law, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.
6. Payments
Card payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
7. Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service, honor warranties, keep business and tax records, and meet legal requirements. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights

- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know, correct or delete personal information. We will not discriminate against you for using them.

Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
